Ingredients: Organic Amalaki, Organic Echinacea Herb, Organic Burdock Root, Organic Spearmint, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Tulsi, Organic Guduchi, Organic Lemongrass, and Organic Ashwagandha.

Brewing Instructions:

1. Bring fresh water to a boil or just under the boiling point.

2. Add one tea bag to one 8-oz. cup of hot water.

3. Allow the tea bag to steep for 5-7 minutes.

4. Remove and strain the tea bag.
