Ingredients: Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Peppermint, Organic Amalaki, Organic Rosemary, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Black Pepper, and Organic Oregano.

Brewing Instructions:

1. Bring fresh water to a boil.

2. Add one tea bag to one 8oz cup of hot water.

3. Allow the tea bag to steep for 7-10 minutes.

4. Remove and strain the tea bag.
